I suffered from restless legs syndrome (form of anxiety) for several nights and after one session with Natalia it was gone. A friend recommend a course with Natalia and after a brief conversation on the phone, the first appointment was made. From the moment we met Natalia, both my son and I felt very relaxed with her, I was very sceptic that this would work for my son and he felt the same.
After the first session I could see some difference in my Son, not particularly his skin but in himself, he seemed more relaxed, more talkative. My first treatment was surreal, I found it both invigorating & relaxing. Afterward the sense of inner calm I felt was the most beautiful feeling.
I initially went for the treatment for shoulder pain but got so much more from it. After the 2nd session the pain had completely ceased, still pain free to this day.

From January 2011, I had pain in my hip when I would go walking. At times I would have to sit down with the pain if I was on my feet for over one hour. I was frequently awake at night with pain in my hip and I had pains in my hands and feet almost daily. I undertook a course in Bio Energy with Natalia and since May 2011 I have almost no pain in my hip, no pain in my hands and infrequent pain in my foot joints. I am not awake at night with any pain.
Up to May 2011 I did use pain relief in the form of Paracetamol and Neurofen with little effect. I now take Glucosamine 400mgs twice daily for stiffness in my joints which I find very helpful.
I now have a Bio Energy session with Natalia each month and hope that I will continue to have good results. Following a Bio Energy session I experience a feeling of well-being, relaxation and sleep very well. Apart from improved physical effects I have noted an increased psychological benefit with Bio Energy. Natalia conducts her sessions in a very professional, personal manner where she combines her knowledge with consideration for the whole person.

Since I started the bio-energy treatments with Natalia they have decreased notably and some months I do not have any. When I have one is very mild and it goes fast. After the 4th and 5th session I had terrible headaches, a lot worse than usual, I had what it is called a “healing crisis” when the condition could go worse to get better dramatically. I am still getting bio-energy treatments from time to time.
I get Reiki treatments as well because it is very relaxing and I enjoy them.
