Before starting a session, you will be asked to remove your shoes, watch, and glasses but remain fully clothed. During the treatment, you will be lying down covered by a blanket. The Reiki practitioner will move his or her hands to different positions from the head to the feet, sometimes touching and sometimes keeping his or her hands at a certain distance from the body.

  • To drink a lot of water after the treatment (minimum 2L) to help flush toxins from your body, plus help to conduct your body’s energy flow.
  • Avoid over consumption of stimulants such as coffee/tea/soft drinks containing caffeine or alcohol for the same reason.
  • Increase rest time.
