The Master Your Stress in Just 6 Weeks programme combines personalised one-on-one online coaching sessions with distance Reiki healing. Each week, we will meet online for a 1-hour session where we will explore your stress triggers, develop practical strategies, and introduce relaxation techniques.

During the first 20 minutes of each session, you will receive distance Reiki healing. All you need to do is sit or lie down in a comfortable position and allow yourself to receive the healing energy. This will bring deep relaxation, restoring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. The remaining 40 minutes will be dedicated to coaching, where we’ll address your specific challenges and work on stress management strategies tailored to your needs.

Distance Reiki is a powerful form of energy healing that can be delivered across distances, allowing you to experience the benefits without being physically present. During part of the session, you will relax in a quiet space, while I send Reiki energy to promote balance, healing, and stress relief.

No prior experience is necessary! This program is designed to meet you where you are, regardless of whether you’re familiar with Reiki or coaching. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

Many participants begin to feel calmer and more in control after the first few sessions. However, lasting changes and deeper stress reduction often become evident as you progress through the six-week programme, learning and applying new strategies each week.

Yes! This programme is designed to be flexible and personalised to your schedule. All sessions are conducted online, and you can choose times that work best for you. The tools and strategies I teach can be easily integrated into your day-to-day life, even with a busy routine.

Absolutely! This program is perfect for anyone, whether you’re new to stress management or have tried other methods before. We’ll start with the basics and build your skills step-by-step, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported throughout.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, you can easily do so within the programme’s time frame. Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a suitable time.

Throughout the programme, I’ll be available to support you via email or messaging for any questions or concerns between sessions. I also provide you with additional resources, exercises, and techniques that you can practice on your own.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have a personalised wellness plan and a set of tools to continue managing stress on your own. You can also choose to schedule follow-up sessions or ongoing coaching if you’d like additional support as you continue your journey.
