Each participant will have 6 weekly 1-hour one-on-one sessions designed to explore their unique stress triggers, develop practical stress management strategies, and learn relaxation techniques.

The session begins with 20 minutes of distant Reiki healing, where the employee simply sits or lies down in a comfortable position to receive the healing energy. This promotes deep relaxation and restores balance to the mind, body, and spirit. The remaining 40 minutes are dedicated to personalised coaching, addressing individual challenges and tailoring stress management techniques to their needs.

This holistic approach ensures that employees receive both emotional and physical support, leading to improved focus, productivity, and overall well-being.

Distance Reiki is a powerful form of energy healing that can be delivered across distances, allowing you to experience the benefits without being physically present. During part of the session, you will relax in a quiet space, while I send Reiki energy to promote balance, healing, and stress relief.

Yes! This programme is designed to be flexible and personalised to fit any schedule. All sessions are conducted online, with times arranged individually for each employee. The tools and strategies I teach can be easily integrated into daily life, even with a busy routine.
